Leadership Team

Celia Savat

President and Chief Executive Officer

Celia Savat was appointed in May 2013 as Chief Executive Officer. She has more than 10 years of experience helping organizations transform and grow. She worked with management and the Board of Directors to design the strategic plan that the company is currently implementing. She has been with MediSupply Solutions USA since 2013. Prior to that, Ms. Celia was a member of AdvaMed's Board of Directors and holds a B.A. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mark Norton

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mark Norton joined Haemonetics in April 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the company's global financial organization, including investor relations. He previously served as CFO of TherapeuticsMD, a women's healthcare company. Prior to that, Mr. Mark served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Allergan plc for nearly seven years until its merger with AbbVie Inc. in May 2020.Mr. Norton began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he focused on the pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer products industries. He holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Wendy Cheung

Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

Wendy Cheung was named Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development in April 2023 . She is responsible for corporate strategy development, business development activities, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and minority investments.Ms. Wendy joined MediSupply Solutions USA in August 2018 as Vice President of Strategy. She previously served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wendy worked at Merck Millipore and as a Research Scientist and Manager at Life Technologies (now part of Thermo Fisher), where she managed product development and validation teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Amy Lee

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Amy Lee joined MediSupply Solutions USA in March 2017 , as Executive Vice President, General Counsel. She is responsible for MediSupply Solutions USA's Legal, Compliance, Corporate Development, and Corporate Audit & Control departments. Prior to joining MediSupply Solutions USA, Ms. Amy was a partner and chair of the Life Sciences Practice Group at Boston-based law firm Nutter, McClennen & Fish, where she focused on advising public and private companies and their investors in the life sciences and medical technology industries. At Nutter, Ms. Amy's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and other matters affecting public companies and their officers and directors.Ms. Amy is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Anne Lee

Senior Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs

As Senior Vice President, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs, Anne Lee leads MediSupply Solutions USA’s regulatory strategy to ensure safe and effective products are developed and marketed in compliance with domestic and international regulations and company policies.

Anne joined MediSupply Solutions USA in 2019 with 4 years of regulatory experience specializing in global regulatory, quality and clinical systems strategy. Prior to joining MediSupply Solutions USA, he served as Chief Regulatory Officer at Embecta, led the global strategic initiative for the spin-off of BD’s Diabetes Care business, and served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for that business. He has also held leadership positions at Optiscan Biomedical Corp, Medtronic’s Diabetes Division, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mechanics from the University of Southern California

Yuru QI

Vice President of Corporate Communications and Community

Yuru QI serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Community Relations for MediSupply Solutions USA, where she is responsible for leading the global communications program that supports business objectives, builds our corporate culture, improves employee engagement and drives strategic community outreach. She also serves as the executive sponsor of the company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, providing oversight and guidance on all DE&I matters.

Yuru joined the company in 2017 and has more than 15 years of communications, consulting and sales experience. Prior to joining MediSupply Solutions USA, Yuru held various roles at AboutOne (a software startup), McKesson, Accenture and IBM.

She received a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Yuru serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology (WIT), a professional organization dedicated to helping girls and women excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts and math.

Chloe Davies

Vice President, Investor Relations

Chloe Davies has served as Vice President, Investor Relations since August 2022 Prior to joining MediSupply Solutions USA, she served as manager of investor relations at Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, she worked as a senior analyst covering medical devices and healthcare at Balyasny Asset Management from 2015 to 2019.Ms Chloe held various investment positions from 2006 to 2018 and holds a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from the University of Chicago.

Aileen Lee

Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales

Aileen Lee joined MediSupply Trial Solutions in 2017 as Director of Therapeutic Development, served as Regional Vice President of Sales from 2017 to 2019, and became Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales in 2020. Prior to joining MediSupply Trial Solutions, Ms. Aileen worked at Boston Scientific for 5 years in the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division in direct sales and sales management roles. Ms. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Chicago.
